HELP

To make a call using PC Dialer:

  1. Follow the procedure here.

To make a call using Pinless Calling Card from a registered telephone number:

  1. Call your local access number.
  2. Listen to a voice message stating your account balance.
  3. Dial your destination number in the following format
    [country code][city code][local number]#. E.g. to call USA number dial 1 202 555 8888.
  4. Listen to a voice message stating number of minutes you have for this destination.
  5. Wait for the call to be connected.

To make a call using Pinless Calling Card from an unregistered telephone number:

  1. Call your local access number.
  2. Listen to a voice message "Please enter your card number followed by the # key."
  3. Enter your PIN, which may be found on your account page and press #.
  4. Listen to a voice message stating your account balance.
  5. Dial your destination number in the following format
    [country code][city code][local number]#. E.g. to call USA number dial 1 202 555 8888.
  6. Listen to a voice message stating number of minutes you have for this destination.
  7. Wait for the call to be connected.

To make a call using Callback from a registered telephone number:

  1. Call your local callback access number.
  2. You will hear a busy response tone. Hang up immediately.
  3. Wait for a few seconds for a callback call and answer it.
  4. Listen to a voice message stating your account balance.
  5. Dial your destination number in the following format
    [country code][city code][local number]#. E.g. to call USA number dial 1 202 555 8888.
  6. Listen to a voice message stating number of minutes you have for this destination.
  7. Wait for the call to be connected.

To make a call using Callback by sending SMS from a registered telephone number:

  1. Write the SMS message in the format [country code][city code][local number] E.g. to call USA number, write 12025558888.
  2. Send the SMS message to your SMS callback access number.
  3. Wait for a few seconds for a callback call and answer it.
  4. Listen to a voice message stating your account balance.
  5. Listen to a voice message stating number of minutes you have for this destination.
  6. Wait for the call to be connected.

To make a call using Callback by sending SMS from an unregistered telephone number:

  1. Write the SMS message in the format [PIN]#[country code][city code][local number] E.g. to use PIN 111222333444 to call USA number, write 111222333444#12025558888.
  2. Send the SMS message to your SMS callback access number.
  3. Wait for a few seconds for a callback call and answer it.
  4. Listen to a voice message stating your account balance.
  5. Listen to a voice message stating number of minutes you have for this destination.
  6. Wait for the call to be connected.
