HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR VIVE SOFTPHONE ON iPhone |

| To download and install Vive for iPhone go to AppStore on your iPhone. | ![]() |
| Enter "vive sip" in the search field. This will bring Vive software. | |
| Click on VIVE SIP and click INSTALL. | |
| You might be asked to sign-in to your AppStore account. If you do not have an account with Apple - click Create New Account. Otherwise, click Use Existing Account, and sign-in using your account details. | ![]() |
| Wait until VIVE is being downloaded and installed. | |
| Click on VIVE icon on desktop to launch the application. | |
| After your VIVE is launched, ignore the Register page, and just click Account Manager. | |
| Enter the following details: Username: Your SIP Username. Password: Your SIP Password. For VIVE Softphone there is no need to enter SIP Server Information. PLEASE, DO NOT TOUCH OTHER SETTINGS. |

| After you entered required information, click Save. | |
| Click Dialer. You should now see your Account Balance and the State: Register Successful. Your VIVE phone is ready to make calls. | |
| Enter your phone number in [Country Code][City Code][Phone number] format and click SIP. Do not enter any international prefix like 00 or 011. |

| Wait for your call to be connected. | |
